Why Saddam, the Taliban, and al Qaeda are like Population Controllers

They probably didn’t mean to, but “Catholics” For a Free Choice put themselves, and other advocates for abortion everywhere all the time, on the same side as Saddam Hussein, the Taliban, and al Qaeda. I’d say they’re in good company. CFFC has just started a new ad campaign that says “The Bush Administration has picked its next target.” The one-woman show says that Bush, the Vatican, the Gettys, the Queen, the Rothschilds, and Colonel Sanders are trying to impose “minority religious views” on the rest of the world by working to undermine the “abortion as love” consensus from the 1994 Cairo conference on population. (Ten points if you know what movie the list of names above is from. In reality, CFFC is only complaining about the first two.)

As for minority views, I guess one third of six billion is a minority, i.e. the combined number of Catholics and Muslims in the world. Of course, that’s not including any other religious group which happens to oppose abortion (I don’t know which ones do.)

The funny thing is that CFFC, which claims to be for poor oppressed women in the Third World, is a puppet of big private foundations that see the rising numbers of people in developing countries as a threat to their own wealth and security. It’s the same old eugenics argument championed by that fan of Hitler and founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger.

The good thing in all of this is that the only people who listen to CFFC are the radical elites at the UN and the media. Unfortunately, it’s those radical elites who are using development funds to bully poor countries into accepting the destruction of their children for the sake of economic aid.
