Fox News is reporting that Iraq’s military equipment originates mainly in three different countries:

Russia: 50%

China: 18%

France: 13%
To be fair, some of that equipment may be coming through third-parties like Syria, but notice that these three countries are the three permanent members of the Security Council that pledged to use their veto against any use-of-force resolution against Iraq.
